In response to the question about getting rid of red hair- mine used to be bright red. I used Clairol Born Blonde for up to blonde hair followed by a Splat bleaching kit to lighten it to pale yellow. I followed that up with a L’Oreal kit to remove brassiness. All can be found at Wal-Mart.
